Terms and Conditions for Gift Wrapping Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of gift wrapping services (“Services”) by [Kay Gift & Wrap Co] (“Provider”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Requirements

1.1 The Client shall deliver all items to be wrapped to the Provider no fewer than two (2) business days prior to the date of the intended event.
1.2 The Provider reserves the right to refuse service if items are submitted outside the required timeframe.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment for Services must be secured in full at the time of booking.
2.2 Services will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed by the Provider.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 The Provider shall exercise reasonable care in handling items; however, the Provider shall bear no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, theft, or defect to items provided for wrapping, whether occurring before, during, or after the provision of Services.
3.2 The Provider’s liability shall, in all cases, be limited strictly to the amount paid by the Client for the Services rendered.

4. Materials and Availability

4.1 Wrapping materials, including but not limited to paper, ribbon, and decorative elements, are subject to availability.
4.2 The Provider reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality in the event of unavailability.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1 Cancellations must be made no fewer than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled Service date.
5.2 Payments are non-refundable. At the sole discretion of the Provider, a credit may be applied toward future Services.
5.3 Any modifications to wrapping instructions or specifications are subject to Provider’s approval and may incur additional charges.

6. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
